① Before and after forklift scale operation, the appearance, audio signal, starting, running, and braking performance should be checked. Add lubricating oil and cooling water.
② Before starting, observe the surroundings and confirm that there are no obstacles that hinder driving safety. Then, start by looking first.
③ When carrying goods on a fork, the distance between the two forks should be adjusted as needed to balance the load without deviation. One side of the goods should be placed against the blocking rack, and the height of the load should not obstruct the operator's line of sight.
④ Do not raise the fork too high while driving. When entering or leaving the work site or driving, pay attention to whether there are any obstacles or bumps in the sky. When carrying goods, if the fork is lifted too high, it will also increase the overall center of gravity height of the forklift, affecting the stability and accuracy of the forklift scale.
⑤ After unloading, the fork should be lowered to its normal position before driving.
⑥ When turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles nearby, the signal should be given first and fast and sharp turns are prohibited. Quick and sharp turns can cause the forklift scale to lose lateral stability and tip over.
